You must provide current (not expired) documentation to us to allow us to verify your identity. If you are a company or a trust, you must also provide the documentation specified below.
Documents must either be sighted in person by our staff where we will make copies for our records, or alternatively you may provide copies of the documents which must be certified by a:
- Justice of the Peace (stamp and number required);
- Commissioner of Declarations (stamp and number required); or
Practising Australian legal practitioner (firm name, firm address and practising certificate number or law society number required).
